What is Missing in the Lemonade Cleanse (Master Cleanse) Diet?

By industrial Industrial accident, I stumbled upon the lemonade cleanse (or master cleanse) recipe. You may have seen it before. Nearly instantly, I know that this is not a recipe for detox and weight loss. Why? Doesn’t the lemonade cleanse look excellent to give up both? It does. But what’s freely void on the internet is not the right recipe you should use, if you want to achieve both detox and weight loss at the same time.

First, let’s take a look at the master cleanse ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice (approximately 1/2 lemon)
  • 2 Tablespoons genuine maple syrup (Not maple flavored sugar syrup)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper (red pepper)
  • 8 ounces water, room warmth

So what is missing? Quite alot.

Let’s proceed with the missing puzzles to the master cleanse ingredients.

Instead of 8 ounces water per serving, I will urge you to use 10 ounces of filtered water. The part of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper can remain but use only:

  • Organic ingredients
  • Grade B maple syrup
  • Filtered water

Stay in the master cleanse for 10 days most, if you want to reap the full refund of the lemonade cleanse diet.

Why 10 days? To my best information, that’s the optimal number of days to go on the lemonade detox diet without slowing down your metabolism.

Don’t be worried to go under 10 days though. At any time, if you are not comfortable to continue with this lemonade diet, stop.

Here’s how your usual day on lemonade diet looks like:

  • Start your day amid sea salt cleanse. Drinking 1 teaspoon of sea salt mixed investing in 35 ounces of filtered water to flush out your system.
  • Make yourself of lemonade drink based on the improved master cleanser recipe.
  • Consume between 60 to 120 ounces of lemonade.
  • Take a lot of water right through the day.
  • End your day with another sea salt cleanse.

Getting yourself mentally prepared a few days before the lemon cleanse diet can caring. Personally I find visualization caring. Relax, and visualize the new you at the end of the cleanse. See the renewed and in no doubt you once more. Visualize diligently before and during the days on the master cleanse can give you tremendously strength to help you complete this regime.
